This purchase aims to decorate the central axis and the city center during the Winter Holidays 2025-2026. This year's theme will be 'The Capital of Winter Holidays - experience the magic of Christmas through music.' The award criteria include the price of the offer (70%), degree of protection (10%), electrical safety of the figures mounted on the ground (10%), and delivery time (10%).
