Mircea Abrudean emphasized that the system of monitoring the attendance of Senate employees has led to an improvement in attendance at work. He noted that although there are employees who want to leave the Senate because of the timekeeping system, the aim is to respect those who do their job. In the coming period, competitions will be organized to optimize the Senate structure, reducing the number of posts from 796 to 618 in order to streamline the work.
