Aquila, a leader in logistics and transport services in Romania, has announced the construction of a new warehouse in Dragomirești, covering an area of 47,000 sqm, with an estimated investment of 44 million euros. The works, carried out in collaboration with the developer Warehouses De Pauw (WDP), will be completed in the first part of 2027.


In the first 9 months of last year, Aquila reported a 5% increase in EBITDA pre-tax profit, reaching 130 million lei, and consolidated revenues of 2.46 billion lei, an increase of 17.14% compared to the previous year. Although the distribution and logistics segments grew by 18% and 21%, the transport segment recorded a decrease of 4%. CEO Cătălin Vasile emphasizes the company's commitment to maintaining a solid growth trajectory, despite fiscal and macroeconomic challenges. Net profit decreased by 38.40% compared to the previous year, while total assets increased by 19.33%, reaching 1.42 billion lei.
