Apa Nova paid dividends of 19.5 million lei to Bucharest City Hall and allocated 40.5 million euros for infrastructure investments in 2025.

Apa Nova București has announced the payment of annual dividends of 19,567,568 lei (over €3.8 million) to the City Hall, underlining its financial performance and long-standing partnership. Since the start of the concession in 2000, the company has transferred over €60 million to the City Hall. In 2025, Apa Nova will invest €40.5 million in modernizing the water and sewerage networks, while continuing to improve services through green energy solutions.
