ANSVSA inspectors carried out checks along the coast, including at the Beach, Please! festival, where they carried out 90 checks. They found serious irregularities, such as improper labeling and poor hygienic conditions, and issued five fines worth 53,000 lei. In the first two weeks of the summer season, 546 establishments were checked, with a total of 106 fines, amounting to 1,076,600 lei, and more than 950 kilograms of non-compliant food products were destroyed.
