Between 17.04.2025 - 16.06.2025, ANPC carried out checks on 116 economic operators in the electricity sector, identifying irregularities in 20 of them. A total of 24 contraventional fines and 10 warnings were issued for irregularities such as lack of correct offers and late invoices. The ANPC provides advice to consumers to protect their rights, including clear contract information, the right to switch supplier free of charge and suppliers' obligations to inform customers about contract changes.
