<p>The government has decided to abolish the National Agency for Housing (ANL) and the National Institute of Administration (INA) to optimize spending and improve efficiency. The Ministry of Development will take over, estimating savings of more than 22 million lei. While some programs will be closed, others, including social housing and youth housing, will continue under the new 'Alexandru Cișmigiu' program.
