ANCPI announces technical corrections before the launch of the e-Terra application

The National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI) has informed that the e-Terra application will not be made available to the public until certain identified technical issues are corrected.

Independent testing was conducted by STS, DNSC, and Cyberint, and ANCPI is working on resolving the issues before a new round of testing. Representatives of ANCPI emphasize the importance of conducting tests in a controlled environment to prevent post-launch errors.

Meanwhile, ANCPI and the Ministry of Development have held meetings with notaries and experts in cadastre to discuss the resumption of operations. The procedure for resuming activity is in the process of being developed and will ensure compliance with legislation. The system will be put back into operation after the completion of tests and technical validations. ANCPI will provide an update on Friday regarding the status of the remedies.

This situation arises after a major cyber attack in July, which led to the blocking of ANCPI systems.
