The National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM) recommends users to pay increased attention to delivery options and the authenticity of information during the Black Friday period. It is important to analyze prices, the authenticity of products, and return conditions. Users should check delivery options, payment methods, and delivery times, which may be affected by the increase in orders.

ANCOM emphasizes the importance of the condition of the packaging upon receiving the package and warns against false messages requesting personal information. In case of problems, users should contact the online store or the competent authorities. It is essential to keep purchase documents for any potential complaints. ANCOM can analyze the behavior of postal service providers but cannot impose compensation for poorly managed deliveries.
