In the last 24 hours, approximately 90 people have been rescued by mountain rescuers following emergency interventions, according to Agerpres. The National Mountain Rescue Dispatch received 86 calls for assistance, most of them coming from Brașov Municipality (13 calls), Suceava (12), and Lupeni (7). Of the 89 people rescued, 37 were transported to the hospital by SAJ, SMURD, or Mountain Rescue ambulances, while the rest were transported by their relatives. Additionally, 38 calls were received for advice and information about mountain tourist trails. Salvamont Romania emphasizes the importance of caution and responsibility in mountain activities.
