According to the information provided by the Bucharest Municipal Thermal Energy Company, nearly 4,000 blocks and buildings in Bucharest are facing issues with the supply of hot water and heating, receiving deficient thermal agent due to insufficient parameters delivered by CET Sud.

Currently, the heating system operates at only 57%, which affects almost half of the city's residences. Of these, 3,365 blocks receive deficient thermal agent, and 561 are completely shut down. The estimated deadline for resolving these issues is February 6, 2026, at 11:00 PM.
