Alfred Simonis, president of Timis County Council, said that the PSD does not want to leave the government and that it is open to cooperation with other parties, even those with which there are tensions. He underlines that PSD has accepted a prime minister from PNL, but this does not mean that decisions should be taken unilaterally. Simonis believes that PSD must stick to its governing program and that a balanced dialog is essential to reach common decisions.
