On Monday morning, an accident occurred on the A1 Highway, at kilometer 39, in Giurgiu County, in the area of the locality Găiseni. A truck loaded with packages collided with a car and overturned off the roadway, falling onto another vehicle parked on the emergency lane, which had no one inside. As a result of the accident, two men were slightly injured but refused transport to the hospital after being monitored by the medical crew on site. Firefighters from the Giurgiu Emergency Situations Inspectorate intervened to ensure fire prevention measures, disconnecting the terminals from the batteries of the vehicles involved.
