Diana Buzoianu stated that, after two years of implementing the PNRR, many environmental projects are at 0% completion, and a third of them are lost. The Environmental Guard is the only institution that has completed projects in record time, with a 100% absorption rate of funds. The minister specified that a memorandum will be proposed for the continuation of projects with over 30% implementation, including voluntary contribution centers. At the same time, issues generated by centralized purchases have caused delays and blocked necessary investments.
