On Saturday evening, a 85-year-old woman was found dead on a street in the village of Plopi, Vaslui County. The ambulance crew intervened, finding her unconscious and without vital signs. The victim had a large wound on her right upper limb, with a hand amputated, and the amputated segment could not be found. Although the exact cause of death is not known, villagers suspect that the woman may have been attacked by stray dogs, which are frequently encountered in the area. The police have launched an investigation to determine the exact circumstances of the incident.
