A 66-year-old man from Roman has been detained on murder charges after a 32-year-old woman was allegedly thrown from the fourth floor of an apartment.

The man is accused of throwing a 32-year-old woman from an upstairs, the victim was found unconscious on the sidewalk and rushed to the hospital, where she died. Witnesses were alarmed by the woman's cries for help. According to authorities, the victim was allegedly a prostitute and the man was allegedly acting as a pimp.
