Police are searching for Andrei Cristian Marin, an 18-year-old with Down syndrome who went missing from Sector 6

An 18-year-old with Down syndrome went missing on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from Sector 6 of Bucharest and did not return home. Police have issued a missing-person alert and are asking anyone who has seen him or has information about where he might be to notify the authorities.

According to information provided by the police, Marin Andrei Cristian left the Sector 6 area on October 13 and has not been found. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a gray jacket, a white T-shirt, black trousers and gray sneakers with white soles. He had a black Puma backpack with him.

Andrei Cristian Marin is 1.65 meters tall, weighs approximately 70 kilograms, has short brown hair and brown eyes. Police are checking the information received and carrying out activities to locate him. Anyone who has seen him or can provide relevant information is asked to contact the police.
