On Tuesday morning, around 04:50, the border police from Calafat, together with their Bulgarian counterparts, conducted a check on a truck registered in Turkey, driven by a 46-year-old Turkish citizen. The truck, which was traveling on the Turkey-France route and transporting metal parts and pallets with resin, was inspected in the parking lot near the Calafat-Vidin toll station. Following the inspection, 13 individuals, foreign citizens, were discovered who did not have valid travel documents and did not meet the legal conditions to enter Romania.
