In Dolj County, a 12-year-old girl was the victim of repeated rape by her stepfather. Her 17-year-old brother noticed suspicious behaviors and decided to follow the aggressor, thus discovering the horror his sister was living in. After calling 112, the girl had the courage to recount the horrors she had suffered for several months. The man was arrested, and the two siblings are now receiving counseling from specialists.
