11 young people aged between 16 and 25 were apprehended after a violent altercation in a mall in Pitești, being investigated for disturbing public order and carrying dangerous objects.

On the evening of January 10, a conflict between young people took place in a mall in Pitești, causing damage to furniture and severely affecting public order. The police were notified via a 112 call, but by the time the teams arrived, the participants in the altercation had fled. A 25-year-old man was found at the scene but refused to provide information. Subsequently, the police identified 11 young people from Pitești, Budeasa, and Mărăcineni, suspected of being involved in the incident. One of them, a 16-year-old minor, was found with a knife.

On January 15, all 11 young people were brought in for questioning and held for 24 hours, being investigated for disturbing public order, destruction, and carrying dangerous objects. Investigations continue to establish the exact circumstances of the incident.
