Alexandru Muraru accuses CNAIR and the Ministry of Transport of delays and mistakes in the management of tenders, which led to the exclusion of key sections from PNRR funding. Although Romania will not lose money already spent, Muraru stresses the importance of continuing these projects through other sources of funding, such as the 2021-2027 Transport Program.
