Tadej Pogacar took his fourth Tour de France victory to become one of the most successful cyclists in history. Despite winning just four of the 21 stages, the Slovenian controlled the competition, distancing himself from his main rivals, including Jonas Vingegaard. At 26, Pogacar is now one win away from cycling's legends, but compared to them he has a richer racing record. Despite speculation of doping, he has not tested positive. The Tour de France attracted a global audience of 3.5 billion viewers in 2023.
