Florin Talpan accuses unauthorized access to the Steaua-FCSB files, signaling serious illegalities and requesting disciplinary measures.

A new scandal has erupted between the Army club and FCSB, concerning two cases related to the illegal use of the Steaua brand. Case 34655/3/2016, which involves a damage of 37 million euros, is suspended, while case 31705/3/2015 was concluded in 2018, when Florin Talpan won the rights to the name Steaua. Talpan discovered that a third party had unauthorized access to these cases, which violates legal norms. Judge Ana-Maria Ivașciuc allowed access to lawyer Popescu Corina, representative of the 1947 Steaua Association, without having procedural standing. Talpan has notified the competent authorities, requesting the withdrawal of access for the lawyers and the destruction of illegally copied documents. He emphasizes that he will not accept AS 47 to intervene in the process, considering that they were not previously involved. Talpan is committed to continuing the fight to protect the brand and the rights of the Steaua club.
