Robert Lewandowski has signed and will play in MLS

Robert Lewandowski, at the age of 37, has decided his future and signed a contract valid for two seasons with Chicago Fire, a team in Major League Soccer. After receiving offers from Barcelona and other clubs, Lewandowski chose not to continue at Camp Nou, where president Joan Laporta offered him a one-season extension. In the USA, he will earn 10 million euros per season, with the option to extend the contract for another year.

This will be his first experience outside Europe, after playing for teams like Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund. Lewandowski aims to participate in EURO 2028 with the Polish national team, a tournament that could mark the end of his career. Additionally, after retirement, he will serve as an ambassador for Chicago Fire.
