The leadership of the Giulești club has decided to send a delegation to Italy to carry out an exchange of experiences alongside other officials from Genoa, the other club sponsored by Dan Șucu.

The ultras from Peluza Nord issued a statement in which they publicly expressed their disapproval of the idea of a collaboration between Rapid and Genoa, and two of the team's leaders were also taken to task for the failures experienced.

"We, Peluza Nord Rapid București, firmly condemn the attempt to associate the colors and history of our club with any other entity that does not represent us. With all due respect for the supporters of Genoa, we do not accept to be complicit in the prostitution of Rapid's image orchestrated by the leadership in these new times of modern football as the distinguished gentlemen and ladies in charge call them. Rapid does not live on recycled promises and empty speeches! We cannot explain how characters like Daniel Sandu continue to exist in the club's leadership, under whose 'management' the club has been deprived of millions of euros through senseless transfers, without performance and without a future.

At Rapid, incompetence cannot be classified as 'collateral damage.' And no, we have not forgotten about Daniel Carciug, who, with a shocking nonchalance, called us 'clients' and spoke about being 'stars at maximum' when we come to the stadium. A Rapid supporter is not a client. A Rapid supporter is the reason the club still exists. Those who do not understand this have no place around Rapid, nor in its history. Rapid is not negotiable, it is not exploited, and it is not used. Rapid is to be respected!" the supporters wrote.
