Novak Djokovic has confirmed his participation in the ATP Finals in Turin, declared Angelo Binaghi, the president of the Italian Tennis Federation, dispelling fears that the Serbian player might withdraw from the competition.

"We have confirmation that Djokovic will be present in Turin," Binaghi said to the Italian radio station Rai Gr Parlamento.

The participation of the 38-year-old Serbian leaves only one spot available in the qualifiers, which is being contested by Italian Lorenzo Musetti, ranked 9th, and Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime, ranked 8th.
