Novak Djokovic, the world number 4, advanced without difficulties to the third round of the Australian Open, defeating the Italian Francesco Maestrelli (141 ATP) with a clear score of 6-3, 6-2, 6-2, in a match that lasted 2 hours and 15 minutes. At the end of the match, Djokovic acknowledged that he didn't know much about his opponent, but emphasized the importance of not underestimating anyone.

At 39 years old, the Serbian aims to win his 25th Grand Slam title in Melbourne. With this victory, Djokovic reached 101 matches won at the Australian Open, where he holds the record with ten titles. He needs just one more victory to equal Roger Federer's record in this tournament.
