<p>The Mutua Madrid Open tennis tournament was disrupted on Monday by a major power outage, which led to the suspension of matches. Two singles and one doubles match were in progress when the Hawk-Eye system stopped working. In the women's singles, eighth-round matches were scheduled, and some ended before the outage. Power problems also affected train movements and airport operations in Spain, Portugal and France.
