Marius Copil has officially ended his career as a professional tennis player.

Marius Copil, at 35 years old, has decided to put an end to his career as a professional player.

"After many wonderful years on the professional circuit, the time has come to announce my official retirement from competitive tennis.

These have been years full of emotions, challenges, and lessons. The last few years have not been easy, but they have given me time to realize how incredible this journey has been. Tennis has shaped my life, provided me with friends, memories, and experiences that I will never forget.

I sincerely thank my family — my parents for their sacrifices, my brother for his understanding, my wife for her love and trust, and my mother-in-law for her unconditional support.
