FC Petrolul Ploiești has decided to terminate the collaboration with coach Liviu Ciobotariu after a disappointing start to the season, in which the team has only achieved one victory, with five defeats and three draws. President Claudiu Tudor mentioned that they are in search of a new coach and that they have received many proposals, including from South America. The team's next match will be against Unirea Slobozia, on Sunday, away.
