Jannik Sinner has confirmed his status as the best player on indoor hard courts in the ATP circuit, winning the title at ATP Paris. In the final against Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime, Sinner started strong, achieving a break in the opening game and taking the first set 6-4. The second set was more balanced, reaching a tie-break, where Sinner was more inspired, making a decisive minibreak and winning the set 7-6. This is his fifth victory of the season. Due to Carlos Alcaraz's quick elimination, Sinner has surpassed the Spaniard in the ATP rankings, becoming number 1. The battle for the top position will continue at the ATP Finals, which starts on November 9.
