FCSB tried to bring Florinel Coman back this winter, considering that the player no longer plays a significant role at Al Gharafa, the team that transferred him a year and a half ago for over six million euros. Gigi Becali, the owner of FCSB, offered a contract of 700,000 euros, but Coman will not return, as Al Gharafa refused to let him leave. Becali confirmed that "Coman is not coming" and added that the player will remain in Qatar. Coman was transferred to Al Gharafa in 2024 for 5 million euros, and FCSB later received 1.4 million euros as a penalty after the Qatari team encountered payment issues.
