The red-blues achieved a sensational victory, score 4-3 (1-2), against the Dutch team Feyenoord Rotterdam, at the National Arena, in the sixth round of the Europa League.

The goals for the red-blues were scored by Siyabonga Ngezana (11), Mihai Toma (54), Mamadou Thiam (87) and Florin Tănase (90+5), while the guests scored through Casper Tengstedt (41), Quinten Timber (44) and Leo Sauer (51).

"A sensational match. We played against a very good team. This team showed strong mentality, along with those in the stands. They believed in us. And thanks to them, we managed to win. Only a team like Steaua can offer nights like these in Europe. I hope this will be our breakthrough match and that we will evolve as we did last season," Tănase said live on Digi Sport.
