Cristiano Ronaldo clarified on Tuesday that he will retire from football in 1-2 years, wanting to spend more time with his family. In an interview, he mentioned that although he announced an imminent retirement, he feels good, continuing to score and play at a high level. Ronaldo, who extended his contract with Al-Nassr until 2027, is aiming for the 2026 World Cup, which will be his last international tournament.
He also talked about his son, Cristiano Jr., expressing his wish for him to be happy and to pursue his own aspirations without feeling the pressure to surpass him. His son recently made his debut for the U16 national team of Portugal.
