Two minors, aged 13 and 15, stole a car from a garage in Chișinău, but were caught by the police after an accident.

Two minors, aged 13 and 15, from the Edineț and Orhei districts, were identified by the police after stealing a 'Mercedes' car from a garage in Chișinău. According to the investigation, they acted at night, entering the garage by damaging the locking system and using the found keys to start the vehicle, valued at over 270 thousand lei.

The 15-year-old drove the car but was spotted by a police crew who asked them to stop. Ignoring the orders, the minor continued to drive, but lost control of the steering wheel and crashed into an obstacle. After the accident, the two tried to flee but were quickly detected by the police officers from the Buiucani Police Inspectorate.
