Washington celebrated the Independence Day of Moldova, reaffirming its commitment to strengthen bilateral relations and support the country's sovereignty.

On the occasion of the 34th anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of Moldova, American officials, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio (photo) and new diplomatic representative Nick Pietrowicz, conveyed messages of support. Rubio highlighted the solidarity between countries in promoting freedom and democracy, emphasizing the U.S. commitment to collaborate for a prosperous future for Moldova.
