On the occasion of Romania's National Day, the Embassy of the Russian Federation sent congratulations to the Romanian people, wishing them "Happy Birthday, Romania!". Additionally, American President Donald Trump sent a lengthy letter to President Nicușor Dan, highlighting the "strong and growing" partnership between the United States and Romania. Trump praised Romania's efforts as a NATO ally and its role in maintaining stability in the Black Sea region, emphasizing the importance of citizen diplomacy in the alliance between the two countries.
