The funds will be aimed at energy security, cybersecurity, resilience, and other related priorities.

Kulminski emphasized that this decision reflects the level of trust and maturity of cooperation between the two countries. The Republic of Moldova is the only country in Eastern Europe and Eurasia mentioned in the National Security and Department of State Appropriations Act that benefits from this amount.
