Nicolae Panfil, head of the Promo-LEX mission, reported that by 7:30 PM, 858 cases of electoral incidents had been processed. The most serious situations include 105 violations of the secrecy of the vote, 21 cases of unjustified presence of unauthorized persons, and 7 cases of electoral agitation. The dynamics of the incidents are considered concerning, and the totals will be presented after the voting concludes.
