These activities were focused on the elections in the Republic of Moldova and also included support for Călin Georgescu. The network, coordinated from Moscow, was trained to use techniques to manipulate social media algorithms and spread anti-European narratives. Additionally, some of the individuals involved began to receive payments from Russia for their activities.
