He discussed the completion of the screening for Chapter 22 – EU Regional Policy, which confirms Moldova's capacity to manage structural funds.
Bolea emphasized recent legislative reforms, the modernization of responsible institutions, and the introduction of working mechanisms inspired by EU member states. He also mentioned national training programs for local authorities, which facilitate access to European funding.
