A secret network funded by Russia would pay Moldovan citizens to publish disinformation and conduct false polls in order to disrupt the parliamentary elections on September 28. The clandestine network would have links to the fugitive oligarch Ilan Shor, as well as to the organization "Eurasia", a BBC investigation cited on Sunday by Agora.md shows.
