On Wednesday, Dorin Damir and Octavian Orheianu were the subject of searches conducted by the National Inspectorate of Investigations and the Prosecutor's Office for Combating Organized Crime and Special Causes (PCCOCS). These actions are part of two criminal cases related to tax evasion and the takeover of the Pro Imobil business by a group of individuals associated with the two.
In the past, Pro Imobil was involved in a criminal scandal, and during the period when its founder was wanted internationally, the business underwent several changes, including a change of name and ownership. The new company, "Immobile Consulting," was established in 2017 by Victoria Condratiuc and Alexandr Petcoglo, a young athlete without experience in business. It took over the operations of Pro Imobil, and the connections between the founders and the two individuals subject to searches suggest a complex network of interests in the fields of sports and real estate.
