CEC has sent the file with the election results to the Constitutional Court, which will decide on their legality within 10 days.

The Constitutional Court will analyze the file transmitted by the CEC, which includes the minutes of the elections, the lists of elected candidates, and the general report. It will confirm the legality of the elections and validate the mandates of the deputies within 10 days, after resolving the complaints. In the elections on September 28, the Action and Solidarity Party obtained 55 mandates, followed by the BEP with 26, the Alternative Bloc with 8, and Our Party and the Democracy at Home Party with 6 mandates each.
