The Public Services Agency has announced a special program for the provision of civil status services during the week of October 27-31, in the context of implementing the new informational system "Civil Status Acts", which will become operational from November 3, 2025. On Monday and Tuesday (October 27-28), citizens can submit requests only for appointments "on the day of the request" and for the issuance of documents in 20 or 25 working days, with counters open until 12:00 PM. On October 29, 30, and 31, all civil status subdivisions will suspend their activities and will not accept requests.

The measures are necessary for the preparation of the launch of the new digital system, which will modernize services and facilitate citizens' access. Until November 4, 2025, online requests will not be accepted, and documents can only be requested at the counters.
