Vlad Gheorghe, recently appointed honorary advisor to Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, launched harsh criticisms against the PSD and its leader Sorin Grindeanu, stating that the party should be kept "on the sidelines" in discussions about modernization and efficiency. Gheorghe mentioned Grindeanu's flights on private planes paid for by Nordis, suggesting that he is not credible in lessons on efficiency. He also characterized the PSD's rhetoric about leaving the government as ridiculous and ineffective, emphasizing that the threats have become a repeated joke. Gheorghe also criticized former Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu, suggesting that he should provide serious explanations for the country's budgetary situation. In the end, he warned that if the current parties do not make the necessary reforms, they risk losing the electorate in favor of extremists in the 2028 elections.
