Diana Buzoianu said that USR completely agrees with PSD on the elimination of special privileges and pensions, emphasizing that the party has never voted for the creation of privileges. The recent dispute between the two parties was sparked by the funeral of former president Ion Iliescu, where USR wanted to express its views on the legacy he left behind. PSD President Sorin Grindeanu announced the conditions for a return to the Coalition meetings, including the swift adoption of a package to eliminate privileges.
