The terms of Marian Enache, Livia Stanciu and Attila Varga at the Constitutional Court are coming to an end and discussions to replace them have started in the ruling coalition. Romania's president will nominate one judge and parliament will propose two. Robert Cazanciuc, vice-president of the Senate and former justice minister, is the favorite for the PSD nomination, along with other possible candidates such as Mihai Busuioc and Florin Iordache.
