At the conclusion of the military exercise 'DACIAN FALL 25', President Nicușor Dan highlighted the importance of military mobility for deterrence and collective defense, confirming NATO's ability to respond quickly. The exercise, conducted between October 20 and November 13, 2025, in Cincu, involved over 5,000 military personnel from Romania and 9 other NATO member states. It underscores the continuity of national and allied efforts in the context of the direct military threats faced by the Alliance in the Black Sea.
