Tudorel Toader, a former constitutional judge, believes that the requests will be rejected, one as inadmissible and the other as unfounded. Also on Friday, the Constitutional Court will decide on the objections raised by the High Court of Cassation and Justice regarding the Law on the pension benefits of magistrates. Babeș-Bolyai University has disapproved of the criticisms directed at Dacian Dragoș, highlighting his academic contribution. President Nicușor Dan stated that, in the event of Dacian Dragoș's suspension, a substitute will be appointed to ensure that the Constitutional Court is not left without a judge.
